About The President

Pat Thornton, MBA and founder of CRG Inc. has several years of experience in Canada and the US with multi-national organizations, and as an executive coach in private practice. She began her career at the Pentagon in Washington, DC where she gained experience in public sector administration. Subsequently, she worked in Philadelphia and New York City where she developed a comprehensive background in customer service and sales.

Pat’s passion for talent retention, team building, and change management has been honed over the last 20 years working with clients from organizations in industries such as financial services, health care management, professional services, military forces, education, telecommunications and more. Her community service activities have included serving on multiple boards of directors for entrepreneur associations, community credit unions, and social service organizations. Pat also volunteers as a facilitator for re-entry workshops for today’s employment-challenged groups.

She is a prolific writer and has experience as a newspaper columnist and provides various business-related articles for many internet sites.
