Our Mission

Change is change… whether it’s restructuring, new leadership, downsizing, mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, or not-the-best media coverage concerning profits, forecasts, governance, corporate scandals.

Even positive change needs to be managed … high growth, expansion, and exciting new changes in product developments. All and any change impacts team building … and your talent retention success.

change management impacts for Toronto team building

Change can blind-side your company with little or no warning. However, studies have proven that there are talent retention predictables that always impact teams during change … every single time. Give your people this important information contained in our team member and team leader programs.

Once your teams know what these dynamics are, they can stop wasting time on “the sky is falling” reactions. Re-focus their energies into team building and managing these change impacts to avoid talent loss. Then rebuild corporate pride and teamwork with one of our powerful team building retreats such as The Amazing Race, So You Think You Can Dance! The Apprentice, Survivor, Idol, Millionaire, Deal or No Deal and many other themed as well as more traditional formats.

CRG’s talent retention and team building solutions are guaranteed
to meet your organization’s time and budget constraints.
